   "Effort Surpasses Talent"
I believe that hardwork is important, and one would do better with appropriate guidance. I’ve personally benefitted from tuition during my schooling days and I’m convinced that guidance is crucial.
I will tutor the student according to his learning personality. Personally, my own teaching style would be the “consultation style” whereby the session mainly focuses on clarifying concepts/doubts, recap and re-emphasize content taught in class, going through topics he/she is unsure of and teaching what the student needs. I will go according what is required in the syllabus to tackle the examinations. In short, I will tailor my teaching style according to each student’s needs :)
Juniors I have taught before have told me that I am patient and explain concepts clearly and simplify problems and as a result, they are able to understand better. I also tend to introduce methods and techniques for them to solve questions more effectively
I will prepare short summary notes and prepare practice exercises for students.
There is only this much a tutor can do. I believe onus is on the students to prepare themselves before the lesson so that they can know what to ask/what are their objectives of the lesson. Working hard is also important.
I’m available on weekday nights and Saturday morning/afternoon.
Rate is negotiable
Mentored/guided siblings and school juniors with their Emath/Amath/Physics, on a regular pro-bono basis when they needed help with their work, so in that sense, I had experience in teaching math, though it was pro-bono.
