"Growing the roots"

I am Jack, I am currently an undergraduate of NTU school of mechanical engineering. I have taught students ranging from lower primary to upper secondary. I have half a year of experience in teaching english,maths,science and have taught over 10 students. After couple of sessions, my students went from a fail to a pass and others who passed went on to improve their grades by 1 to 3 tiers. I evaluate my students based on their recent exam papers and work on their weakness. I believe that every student has the capability to improve their grades and start to like a subject they once feared.  I am also a member of the Grassroots. I have organised outing for the residents of Yuhua  such as "A Trip to Nature", "Fishing at Bishan". I have organised workshops where i taught residents the art of balloon sculpting.
