"Simplify everything."

I started tutoring Maths & English to primary school students when I was 15 and E Maths & Additional Maths when I graduated from Engineering School. Throughout my years of study as an Engineering student, I taught in a tuition centre where I learned various methods making English & Maths very simple to grasp for the students. Methods that are not taught in schools by the school teachers. Yes, there are formulas to be used in English to guarantee full marks for grammar and higher marks in comprehension and composition. During my classes, these methods will be practiced on school exam papers. These helps students familiarize with exam questions which result in: 1) No panic during exam since they are used to it 2) Ability to have time to check through their work 3) Higher confidence level The above can be achieved as most schools usually recycle the exam questions either from other schools or from previous years therefore students will usually recognise the pattern of the questions in exam papers. My personality makes students comfortable around me therefore they are always looking forward to tuition. I make students explain to me how they perceive the questions to ensure I will be able to clear the misconception of similar questions in the future. Albeit warm and friendly, I am firm when there is a need to and most of the time the students will never take offence.
