"Ecademic achievement is never impossible"

I am currently tutoring at Bishan Learning Centre. I'm tutoring x4 P6 students Science & English, x2 P5 & P4 Science, English & Maths, x2 P3 English & Science. Private tuitions x1 P2-P1 English & Maths, x1 Pre-school English & Maths. The levels vary from Pre-school to Sec 2, English, Maths, Science. I use assignment notes, test papers & revisions to cover the topics. Assessment on the students will be done occasionally to identify their weaknesses. Problem solving method will be provided towards one's need. Alot of practice on tricky questions & analyzation of the questions. Notes & illustrations provided to keep motivating them. Currently i have 10 students (group & 1-1). I believe in interactive tutoring, to be able to engage to them. Understanding a student's capabilities & potential will allow me further motivate them & show them their abilities. I am committed to the students I teach, I would end my lessons by the end of the year & would love to continue if I am allowed to do do. I believe in completing a tuition assignment given, with the fact that students get very used to a tutor's methodologies & tutoring. When there is a change in tutor during the midway, the respective student will then need to cope with the syllabus as well as the new tutor's teaching manner. This can affect a student's coping & understanding pace. Hence, I believe to complete an assignment to also be able to monitor them throughout the year.
